As part of a passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will work with customers, technical product managers, engineers and architects to document requirements, Define scope, articulate objectives and key results, and curate intelligible catalogs of information (both business focused and technically focused) to support the design, expansion, maintenance and operation of a modern data platform. This position requires resilience to ambiguity, ability to work in a fast, constantly evolving and changing environment. Responsibilities: Provide tier 1 & 2 support to customers in the organization Provide debugging and incident management support for system outages Support technical reviews and root cause investigations Be part of the on-call rotation and occasionally work weekends Write runbooks and self-help guides for Tier 0 support to improve self-service solving Collaborate with upstream and downstream tiered support teams to ensure smooth handoff and routing of issues Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Maintains and may lead the process for documenting design, build and standard operating procedures Qualifications: Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Proficient with Confluence & Jira Excellent attention to detail and strong task ownership, someone who demonstrates pride in all work and willingness to perform low-level tasks when needed including but not limited to: ongoing support delivered solutions, creating support documentation, working with end-users to understand their problems Ability to tackle problems by writing efficient working solutions, even when given incomplete or ambiguous requirements Ability to work with minimum guidance in a fast-paced environment Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Desired: Certifications for AWS, Tableau or Databricks Familiarity with AWS Experience with PowerShell and JavaScript scripting Familiarity with RESTful API Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $69,300-$97,020 Compensation range for on site CO applicants is $63,525-$88,935 Other site ranges may differ Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
